They instrumental to propel the growth Malaysia during 4th Industrial Revolution. 12th Malaysian Plan (2021-2025) was deliberated 9th Prime Minister Malaysia, Dato’ Sri Ismail Sabri bin Yaakob in October 2021 identified industry as one high-impact for country. government also agreed approving fund programs or main projects be implemented improve industries. aim becoming a high-income nation envisioned much earlier with establishment Vision 2020 Malaysia. This article aims review copyright focus on provisions pertaining ownership authorship copyright, dealings copyright. rationale this approach is due fact ownership, authorship, dealing essential value creation at individual institutional levels, which then could translate success national level.
